As per the January 23rd 2019 school newsletter titled "Small Powerboat & RIB Master & 10M ICC Power Elearning Courses Now Available":
Because proof of VHF operations knowledge is imperative when at sea in any size vessel, we are requiring schools to order an additional “VHF-SRC Downloadable PDF Basic Course Completion Certificate” for candidates confirming they have successfully completed the VHF-SRC training and have the knowledge required to operate the equipment.
This is free of charge and the certificate will be in form of downloadable PDF and will appear on the candidate’s profile. This is not a physical certificate and will not be printed or shipped.

We have added a popup agreement to be ticked by school when placing the order confirming the “VHF-SRC Downloadable PDF Basic Course Completion Certificate” has been ordered. This has been added to Small Powerboat RIB Master, ICC 10M Power Coastal and ICC 10M Power Coastal & Inland. This will act as a reminder to the person placing order not to forget to add to the order.
In summary, schools are required to place an order for the free “VHF-SRC Downloadable PDF Basic Course Completion Certificate” when ordering the Small Powerboat & RIB Master or the MCA ICC 10m Power certificates (as outlined below).
