To recover your log in Username details please follow the steps below:

1. Please go to https://iytnet.com/ and click "Sign In"
2. Then click "Forgot login?"
3. Check the "Lost Username" box, then fill out your email address
4. Click the "SEND USERNAME" button
5. Check your email; the system will send you an email message containing your IYT ID number so you can log in.


If the above steps are unsuccessful and you still cannot log in, please email support@iytworld.com for assistance.

For security purposes, please attach a copy of your government-issued ID (such as a driver's license or passport) and note your IYT account number (if known) so that our team can verify your identity before providing access to your account.

Once your identity is verified, our team will issue you a temporary password so that you can access your account. Please log in with the temporary password and then change it to a password of your own choosing.

If you can no longer access the email address registered on your account, please mention this in your message. Order and shipping notifications are sent to the email address on file, so it is important to keep it current.

IMPORTANT: Please do not create a new IYT account if you cannot log in to your existing one. Students may only have one IYT account.
