When uploading your photos please make sure that the picture file name does not contain any special characters (#$*_-), only letters and numbers are acceptable (abc123).

Be sure you are uploading an appropriate image file. Here are some tips:

- profile photos files must be JPEG format
- supporting documents must be either JPEG or PDF
- we recommend you use Firefox or Chrome as your browser because it is more stable with our system

If, after trying these tips, you still experience difficulty, please contact us at support@iytworld.com and send us the following so we may assist you:
1. Your image files
2. Your full name
3. Your IYT ID number used for logging in to your profile
4. State that you need assistance uploading your files, so we know how to proceed once we receive your email.
